(1) My Company Driver started work on 1/10/2007, he service in less than a year. He met an accident on 7/6/08 and was discharged as outpatient and was given 30 days MC to rest home from the Sungai Buloh Hospital until 6/7/08. The Company paid him full month salary. (2) He started work early on 2/7/2008 and on MC again on 3/7/2008 for one day. (3) He again met an accident on 7/7/2008 and was discharged as outpatient and was given 22days MC to rest at home from the Sungai Buloh Hospital until 28/7/2008. The Company paid him full month salary. (4) He started work early on 24/7/2008 and on MC again on 28/7/2008 and 4/8/2008. (5) Now , he make a request to my Boss that he need to do physiotherapy everyday as advised by doctor for few months and to start his work after 2pm from 5/8/2008 until further notice. The above caused a lot of inconvience to my Boss and the Company decided to terminate him. Kindly advise how to compensate the driver in order not against the labour act and also to prevent him from suing the Company?
