i'm from the retail industry and holds a supervisory level with a basic salary of 1500 and above.all this while we've been paid OT if we work more than 8 hours a day.until recently when company announced that all supervisory and management level of staff whose salary are more than 1500 were not allowed to claim OT.all of us are unhappy over this matter.is this according to the labour law?pls advice.
