Re: No MC Claim

Hi Sir,
I have been working for a month with the new company and had not been confirmed. I took leave somewhere last week due to flu and fever.

Now based on the company's policy, I am not suppose to claim for MC due to I am not confirmed and the MC is categorised as paid leave (which means to be deducted from my pay). Please advise.

Thank you

Did you have a sick certificate from a doctor? If yes, company should pay even if you are still under probation.
