Dear Sir,
1. The normal working hours for Ms A is from 9 to 5pm. If she works on a rest day from 9am tp 12 pm, what is the calculation for her OT done?
2. The normal working hours for Ms A is from 9 to 5pm. If she works on a a public holiday from 9am tp 6 pm, what is the calculation for her OT done?

1. For working from 9am to 5pm, she will get (salary/26) and for 7 hours OT from 5pm to 12pm(mid night), she should be (salary/26x8)x2x7. If by 12pm, you meant 12noon, she will only get (salary/26)x0.5 i.e. half day salary.

2. For working from 9am to 5pm, she should get (salary/26)x2 and 1 hour OT from 5pm to 6pm, she should get (salary/26x8)x3x1
