Re: Overtime allowance cut above 104 hours.

Company makes new rule.
Those staffs with OT above 104 hrs /month will have their OT payment cut.(meaning no pay).
Some staffs such as Maintenence over worked this hours. Work has been done and approved by their HODs.
Can Hr cut their OT wages. what does the law says on this?

The only thing to do is to complain to the Labour Department.
