Case of operator who was not confirmed after a probationary period of 3 month . No feedback until now ( 2 years). Due to this she is not entitled to Annual increment, bonus, Annual leaves etc. Does it means she is automatically confirmed if not informed by the HR. Can she complain to the Labour Officer.
