Re: Withdraw of annual leave which has being approved

I've been with current company for 7 months and i was confirmed after 3 months probation. I know i entitle to have maximum 5 days unpaid leave.

So im taking 3 days off next month and my application was approved 2 months ago.

When i sign the leave form, i notice that there is a clause saying "company has the rights to withdraw any leave even after approval".

My question:-
1. Can company do so? i mean withdraw the leave even after approve?
2. When i sign my leave application form, is tat mean i accepted the clause?

You just go ahead since already approved.

Can the company terminate my employment on absence from work?
Since the clause says that "company can withdraw any leave after approve" and i had signed the form.

Have they withdrawn your 3 days approved unpaid leave?
