My company has offered its staff VSS in June. We have been informed of the result. According the offer letter, they will reimburse the unconsumed annual leave we are entitled to. But now they are asking us to clear leave. Can they do that? The last working day supposed to be 31 July 2008. I got 8 days more annual leave. There is not enough time for me to clear as they just let us know today.
I am just received my salary review letter, I noticed that my salary was cap by the company because during the last year appraisal, my Senior Finance and Admin Manager has sound to me that my pay will be cap wef from next year. But during the recent appraisal, she has not mentioned at all about the cap of my salary. My company is a profotable company and moreover company do not provide any scale of my pay to which level my pay to be cap. Please advise whether the labour law protect this to be do so. Thank you.
