Re: Reimbursement Cut

My company is cutting the reimbursement for petrol mileage claim from Rm0.40 to Rm 0.27 per km due to the rebate from government. Is it applicable for them to do this. We do not have any car allowance or petrol card or OT claim. Furthermore my company do not allow us to claim dinner meal allowance for outstation trip regardless what time you reach home. Do they have the rights to do this.

Without knowing the scenario, I really don't know what to say . If that is a dispute between many of you and your employer, I think you better consult the Industrial Relations Department and ask them to help to mediate.
