Re: Commision

I would appreciate your help in sales commision matter. I understand from my friend that a company can include sales commision on top of our basic salary to our EPF. Is this true ? My Manager said that this depends on the company's rules. What about Malaysian Labour Law ?

Thank you.

You should ask EPF about your question. But from my own knowledge, you have to contribute to EPF for commission. It is not depending on company's rules whether to contribute or not.
