Re: Working at external warehouse

Due to change of operation, our warehouse staff are required to station at our external warehouse to oversee the operation of our export. The concerned staff will report work to office (8.30 am) and they will depart to external warehouse (at 9.30 am) and back to office (5.00 pm) for daily meeting.

My question:-
1. As they are going to external warehouse by their own transport (motorcycle), if they meet any road accident from office to external warehouse, are they entitled for SOCSO claim?
2. Shall we issue any letter to the employee about the change of work area (or new work area)?

Please advise.
Thank you.

1. Of course, you are entitled.

2. You better do so.
