I was searching the Employment Act 1955 which only stated for those payroll under RM1,500. How would it applicable if you having higher pay as a manager?
1)If a company was to hold your pay when you are a managerial position, would it apply on the 'within 7 days payment'? 2)Company holding salary without valid or solid reason, which act should be use to encounter this issue? Any solution if the company was to hold your salary?
