Re: overtime calculation

I would like to know whether the below calculation is correct? And where can I find the supporting evidence for the calculation.
Overtime Hourly Rate = Monthly Basic Salary x 1/26 working days x 1/7.5 hours x 1.5

I don't know the formula given by you, but the formula under the Employment Act is : (salary/26x8)x1.5 = OT per hour.
