I have an employee due for confirmtion in Jun08. We did tell him verbally he has been confirmed but will get the letter end of july together with Annual salary increment. Anyway, he tendered his resignation today, 10 july and serve 1 mth notice. According appointment letter, probation is 1 mth notice but 2 month after confirmation.
In this case, he treated as confirmed staff ? 2 or 1 month notice period ?
