Salary above 5k and under probation period. If the staff has resign by giving full notice, can the Company treat the sick leave and annual leave as unpaid leave. It was stated in the Contract that annual leave will be granted upon confirmation.

For those with salary above 5K, I have nothing much to say except that you have to go according what is stated in the contract. If you have a dispute over any of the matter, you may consult the Industrial Relations Department.
