Sorry, accidentally send the message without the details. My company is offering VSS for it's staff. If the VSS is approved, the last day of service with the company shall be 31 July 2008. In addition to take they will be paying us the 2 months notice of termination and unconsumed annual leave.
My question is: My HR calculate the number of unconsumed annual leave as ((7/12) * (entitlement for the year: 18 days in my case)) - used annual leave. Should it be ((9/12)*18) - used annual leave?
