Re: Working Hours for 6 working days

Hi ,

I would need some advise with regards to our office working hours . I have been tryng to negotiate with my boss but it doesnt' turn up to be good. Please advise whether is this the normal working hours . Mon - Fri ( 9.00 am to 5.30 pm ) Sat ( 9.00am to 5.00 pm ) . We are only allow to have one month maternity leave instead of two months. No OT will be paid even though we are working after the office hours as workload is not easing . Please advise as we desperately need to know . We are working in a workshop.

Thank you

What you really can do is to consult the Labour Department. What your company is doing is not correct.

How do we know wat is the number of days of our annual leave as per our period of employment. Is there any solid guidline with regards to granting annual leave to each different employee?

When you consult the Labour Department, they will also tell you about leave entitlement if you ask them.
