Commenced work on 5 March 2008. Appt. letter states 3-6 months prob.period, termination notice 1 month either way. I want to leave now. Legal eagle friends say since I have not been confirmed, I'm not bound by the 1 month notice of termination clause. That I can just pack up and leave. Is this true? Don't want to land in court over this. Please advise. Thank you
