The Employment Act does not cover employees with salary over 1.5K. However, if you want to use it as a guide for payment of termination benefits, a person with 8 years service will be 20 days salary for every year of service. You can contact the Industrial Relations Department for further guidance.

For the above , per month is counted to have how many days? 30 days? or 26 days? Please advise.

A day's wage is calculated using (Total annual salary/365). Read the Employment(Termination and Lay-off Benefits)Regulations.
