Dear Mr Siew,

Good day to you.

Need ur advice/ guidance again on the below matter.

Recently we had recruit few people as retail staff and after get them to sign on the letter of offer immediately after their interview,
i found that getting more and more candidates who din turn up on their commencement date and some even not informing us.

The managment now looks seriously into this matter and i am thinking of by adding new clause (such as compound/ fine them on the costs & time that the company has spent on them) for those who din turn up and may be can get some 'threathen' effect on them.

What do u think on the above or what will u suggest on this issue ?

Do you think anyone will sign such undertaking? I don't know how you are going to claim from them. Better to have some reserve candidates. In case anyone does not take up the post, you can offer it to the reserve candidate.
