Based on assessment, the company should confirm my employment under Employee Handbook. However, the Company has issued me letter extending my probationary period.
I had written in to clarify on the earlier evaluation and also decision made but was informed verbally that it is director's prerogative.
My question are: - 1. In this situation, what is the next step that I can do and what is my right? 2. Does the employer has the right to extend probationary period with no time limit and no reasons? 3. Can director's prerogative over rule our evaluation and Employee Handbook?
