In case of dispute, you will have to refer the matter to the Industrial Relations Department. Be aware that there is no law for medical claims. If there is such benefit in the company's policy , the company will have to go according to it.
currently, i work in the logistic co. for about 2mth. mean still until provision period & my salary is RM2000 +. my question is as below : -
1) i have untra fever, & i go to the clinic for the treatment. can my company not allow me to claim the medical fees?
2) my working day is 5days work. b4, i hv work OT, my admin. people said i can claim OT on saturday & sunday. after, i hv work 1 day OT on saturday & i submit the claim, my admin people said my salary is about RM1500, cant claim OT. she only orally said no provided & my appointment letter also didnt states can claim OT. the question i can be ask is can i claim the OT?
