Re: Medical Claim while serving resignation notice

I would like to know if an employee is entitled to medical claim in the period of serving resignation notice. Thanks

Why not, he is still your employee during notice period, isn't it?

Thanks. glad to hear that. In case there's any dispute from the employer with this matter, i do hope that there's a law governing this. Thanks once again

In case of dispute, you will have to refer the matter to the Industrial Relations Department. Be aware that there is no law for medical claims. If there is such benefit in the company's policy , the company will have to go according to it.
