Before i accepted the job offer, according to HR, we are entitled to replacement leave if we work on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday. I still have the email black and white with me. However, when I work here, management rejected the leaves due to the reason that there is no such claim before. Then the HR said it was their mistake. I find this is so unfair to me. Is there anything that can be done for this?
