Here I would like to ask a question. I have tendered my resignation letter effective date from 9th May 2008 by giving 1 month notice. In that case, my last day would be 8th June 2008. I don't have any balance leave to clear so I have to work until end of the day.
But now, the management told me that they will request me to leave early. And the said my last day would be 31th May 2008. My question is, how about my balance of 1 working week? Do they have to calculate my salary until 8th June 2008? Please advise. Thank you!
