Is that each & every employee got the rights to have a copy of employee hanbook & is it protected Labour Law?

It is not compulsory for companies to have handbooks. If they can afford to provide one for each employee, then it's good.

Morning to you, Mr Siew.

Thanks for your above advice, i have a another question is, if a company have provided employee handbook then is it a requirement to give each staff for a copy of it?

P/s: The company was a ISO Certification company.

Printing handbooks is expensive especially when the number of employees is not large. If the employer can afford it, it is good to give each a copy. I have come across employers who just exhibit copies of the handbooks on the notice boards for employees to read instead of giving each employee one.
