I start working at this company on 22 Jan 2007 & received letter of appoinment on middle of May 2007.This company require all the officer to have 6 months- 1 year probation period to be confirm. And,they din't have any black & white statement or letter of confirmation given to me although i already work for more than 1 year. But, they had start give me a petrol allowance (RM400) in August. For your info too, i just get a basic salary without any allowancw given before this. Did given allowance show that incresed in salary and be confirmed?
Recently, i had decide to resign from this company with my proper reasons. I had planed to give it on the last day of the month and give 1 month notice on the following month,but unfortunately my boss is unavailable on that day. The next day is public holiday,so i just give it on the 2nd of the month.I had clearly write my resignation effective from the 1st day of the month and give it on the morning.When he ask me will work until when, i said i will work until the end of this month (but i din't write in letter regarding this). Then, he said after check with HR, he will inform me when is my last day.But, on that evening also, he call me and said that i can go on that day; after i passed all my documentation (softcopy &hardcopy) to other collegue. After 1 week, i noticed that he put my big picture at the company said that i am not enough notification by 1 month before resigned.Please give me an advice regarding this.
After resigned, my boss said i just will get all my salary include April (full month) by cek on 15 May 2008. If given by cek, they will not let us the payslip for the month of April;did this also the contents in labour law? Or can they just hold and hold my salary then do not want to paid by given reason that i not given them enough notification by 1 month? I really confuse regarding this, plaese give an advice too.
After my resignation, i still have 6 days balance for annual leave. Should they paid to me for this too? This company policies is after 1 year working ,then they just give us our annual leave and medical leave. After i work from 22 jan 2007 -22 jan 2008, they give me 7 days annual leave and 14 days medical leave. 1 days i already taken on March.Can i know how my May salary should be calculated?

It really does not look good for you. What happens if the manager were to deny saying that you could stop on that day? Then it would be that you have stopped without working through the one month notice and they may want you to pay indemnity to the company. You will be lucky to get you April salary by 15 May. Just wait and see.
If you don't get your salary after that, you may complain to the Labour Department to claim whatever due to you.
