Re: Misconduct

Is there a time limit to warning letter? I mean is the warning letter valid for only 12 calendar months? If i receive a warning letter from the management in August 2007 as second warning, another one in Sept 2007 also as second warning and now i am called for D.I on May 2008, are those earlier warning still effective?
Thank you

You mean holding a DI now for a misconduct happened in Sept 07? If so, I think it is too long and everybody will think you have already condoned the offence. Not advisable to hold a DI now.
