Re: Company can issue a warning letter on misbehave staff ?

Hi there..

I've been warned by an office manager that he will issued me a warning letter because of i talk to him in some high-tone of voice while I'm defending myself.

Can he do that to me if there's no witness or prove that i did so?

Hope you can help.. Thank you in advanced.

Witness or no witness, there is nothing to prevent him from issuing warnings to you. My advice to you is not to let the working relationship get worse.

Thanks for the quick response.. And understood with your advices.

What if this guy trying to misused his power as superior and keep picking small things became an issue from the 1st place? And end up we can't take this anymore, thats why we stand up and defend for ourselves.

Any suggestion from you to prevent this evil in the company anyway ?

Thanks.

I am sure this company is not the only place where you can get employment.
