Re: Early release

I have spoken to my employer on an early release by compensating the company. However my employer is not keen and have told me that he would discuss and get back to me.

It has been 2 wks, but he has not replied me. My superior has raised the issue with him, but he did not give any reply.

Do i have to hand in another letter stating i want to leave early and will be compensating the company?

To be on the safe side, can i request for a letter from the company, asking them to state my last day of work, my intention to compensate, my salary due and they would pay my annual leaves?
(My co. does not practice issuing out this kind of letter, so can i still request?)

Your advice pls.

Since he did not get back to you, just go ahead as originally planned.
