I would like to find out if the company set that only panel clinic medical fees can claims while other medical fees cannot claims. Is that any rules and regulation in labour law cover about this ?Beside that, The company also not given any paternity leave for the staff?is that this also cover in the labour law ?

The Employment Act 1955 does have provision for medical claims and there is also no provision for paternity leave.. It is entirely up to the company to provide such benefits.

I would like to find out whether I can claim any medical fees from my employer because i was hospitalise due to accident
