I would like to find out how labour laws cover labour medical fee claims, is there any limit? per bill or per year?

There is no provision for medical claims under the Employment Act. Payments for medical claims depend mainly on the policy of individual companies.

I would like to find out if the company set that only panel clinic medical fees can claims while other madical fees cannot claims. Is that any rules and regulation in labour law cover about this ?Beside that, The company also not given any paternity leave for the staff?is that this also cover in the labour law ?
