Do you think we should recognise MC of a staff who injured himself ( breaking a glass) because being so angry with the staff?

If it is not a disciplinary issue, I think he is entitled to paid sick leave as long as he is certified unfit for work. It sounds a bit odd though but the EA is not specific about such type of injury. How about an employee who broke his arm from falling down from a rambutan tree while stealing rambutans? Consult the Labour Department about this if necessary.
