1. Do the employer has the right to ask the staff to clear replacement PH or off day within 3 months from the date concerned? 2. Will it be too harsh if the employer wants the staff to clear AL from 1/1/08 to 30/6/08 by 31/12/08? 3. If a staff resigned by giving one month's notice wish to leave earlier by using his AL, said giving notice on 1/1/08 and last 31/1/08, but he has 5ALs, so he can leave on 27/01/08, do we just pay him until 26/1/08 only or pay him until 26/1/08 plus the AL?
