Re: Give my new company contact information?

I already resign from a company. When I join that company, I have sign an appointment letter which contains a rules that I need to give my new company name, location and job position to that company.

Now, I was resign, my ex-boss require me to provide his my new company name and contact information. If I didn't provide these information to him within 14 days, he said he will sue me.

Is this legal for him to get my new company information? Have any ways don't provide infor to him? And, if I must provide him infor, can I just provide what stated in my appointment letter?

Please advise me what to do. Thank you.

If I were you, I would just ignore it. Let him sue.
