I understand from the EA that sick leave of 14 days per year is granted.
If the employee has only worked for 6 months in a company and subsequently resigned but had to take 14 days of sick leave due to non hospitalisation injury would the sick leave be pro-rated ie only 7 days and the balance as unpaid?
