my husband began to work in 01/08/07, without appointment letter or offer letter. when 3 months passed by, no confirmation letter either. when asked about salary increament and annual leave, they said that none of both, because his pay is based on commission (got basic salary also). is it right for them to say so? if want to resign, have to give 1 month notice, or 24 hours notice?
