My company will be outsourcing the IT Department in Jun. I would appreciate it if you can assist me with the below questions: -
1. The new vendor who will be taking over the department will be offering a new contract of service to the employees in the IT department which will override the existing contract. How long a period is allowed/given under the Labour Law to the employees to sign the new contract of service?
I don't know if there is any provision for certain period for employees to sign the new contracts. Are the terms and conditions as good as those of the previous employer?
