Re: No EPF

Hi there, my current employer did not pay us EPF for the past 2 years. Summon from EPF has been issued and they are paying it everytime. My question is if this situation continues and the company bankrupt, can we get our EPF back? This situation is not fair for us as we already complaint to the EPF personnel. What they did was summon and court case which has no benefit to us at all.

Your employer might have been ordered to settlement the EPF arrears by monthly instalments. Anyway, you should ask the EPF about your situation.
