Let say we have 1 employee that probation 3 months and confirm date should be on 15/02/08. Salary already adjusted to the new figure effective 15/02/08 while confirmation letter HR haven't get ready yet until 1/03/08 he left without notice. Actually this kind of situation, does he a confirm / nonconfirm worker.(Salary already adjust but letter haven't prepare for him to sign). Please advice.
