Im as HR officer, i would like to know the calculation of annual leave. My company only work 5 days per week, so the annual leave i need to divide by 26 days or 22 days of the monthly salary?

For calculation of annual leave, why do you have to use 26 or 22? Can you give some examples?

Sorry for information incomplete, because i got one staff wish to resign, then im not sure that what is the calculation of his annual leave, he still got 9 days of annual leave and his salary is RM 3000,.

Since your staff's salary is 3000, he is not covered by the Employment Act. As such there is no law to follow and you may use either one 26 or 22. Since it involves payment of money, I suggest you get an official opinion from the Labour Department as to which one to use, 26 or 22.

想请问员工工资在多少钱以下是受劳工法令保护?如果该员工的薪金是在RM1500,他的OT是以1.0或多或1.5倍计算?
