請問如果薪水在RM1500以上,是不是所有的員工benefit都是contract上所列的?
那如果公司給的leave如annual leave, medical leave都沒有達到employment law裡的規定是可以的嗎?還是已經違法了?

1, Yes, it goes according to the contract.
2. It is not against the law. You will have to negotiate for better terms and conditions if they are inferior.
