雇员因工受伤, 医院就开出病家从21/11/08到18/3/09. ( 没有住院的MC, 服务少于一年) 这期间已超过60天, 公司依然有发出薪金, 另外还帮雇员申请Socso Claim. 问题是:
1) 雇员在这个3月提交辞职信, 公司是否可以扣除雇员这个月的薪金? 相反的又该怎么算法?

2) 公司是否多给了这位雇员有薪病假? 那该怎么向他refund?

他为何要在病假期间辞职?很不明智。因为有SOCSO赔偿,叫他伤好了辞职还不迟。你们实在有什麽问题?

公司已接受雇员的辞职, 原因不明. 公司只想知道这个月的薪金该怎么算给他? 是否可以扣除薪金呢? 那该怎么算. ( 雇员没什么大伤, 也不需要check up. )

Since he is still on sick leave, just say no more salary for sick leave in March as his paid sick leave given so far was more than his entitlement.

那公司就已不需要再付这个月的薪水给予这位员工, 连同EPF, SOCSO也不须缴纳, 是吗?

i start work in this company since Sep'06. i did operation on 6 Mar'09.
I saty in hospital only 2days, 8/3/09 check out . My MC from hospital is given from 6/3/09 to 4/4/09. But i go back to work on 25/3/09.
my company is work 5days a week. May i know if my sick leave is entitlement 18days, is it include offday (saturday & sunday) and public holiday (9/3/09) ? How many days is no pay leave for this case ? Pla reply a.s.a.p. Thanks.
