You are not yet entitled to layoff benefits because service less than 12 months. If you think the termination is not fair, you can complain to the Industrial Relations Department to get back your job.
if I complain to the Industrial Relations Department how many % to get back my job?

I want to resign, but if i no give 1 month notice,the company 就不会出粮给我，他们说这是公司的条规，我想知道有这样的条规吗？But i just can give two week notice hope your can reply me a soon as posible thanks
