Re: terminated by company

I am start service in the company since Aug 2007. But the company didn't provide me any offer letter or appointment letter.
And last Friday (13 Feb 2009), my manager have give me appointment letter to sign. I was disagree with some of the rules and refuse to sign. After that, my manager terminate my service immediately. And the salary is count until the same day.
Is it the right way he can terminate without at least 1 month notice? And what can I do?

What you need to do now is to complain to the Labour Department or the Industrial Relations Department.
