Can the company terminate the employee without notice at the end of probationary period for the reason being not confirmation?

In actual fact, in the employment contract stated that either party should give 1 month's notice or payment in lieu thereof during the probationary period.
Please advise.

The employer cannot do that unless there is serious misconduct on the part of the employee. Otherwise, the employee concerned can bring the matter up with the Labour Department.
