Next Friday is Selangor PH, My office is base at PJ and by right it should be Holiday for us. But due to our job function which is required to be base at client side(KL). We are ordered by HR to follow client working time and No replacement leave and OT claim.

I would like to ask am I have the right to demand for OT claim in this scenario since is PH in Slangor? Is Company has the right to demand us to work on next fri (11 dec) as usual day without any OT/allowances? our salary is above 1.5k

What about the public holidays in KL. Do you get all the public holidays of your client's company? If so, I think you follow the KL public holidays and not Selangor's.

I understand it is acceptable if we are to be follow KL holidays. The thing that I felt unfair is when during the KL holiday. the office staff also on holiday because our offce just move to PJ from KL.

Can this case be treated like working on PH and go ahead with the claim in term of labour law?

I think you just follow the public holidays at your client's place will be good enough. Never mind about what the office staff are doing. If I didn't get you correctly, I think you better discuss the problem with the Labour Department.
