我是在01/04/08加入这间公司的,第三个月confirm. Annual Leave 10 day + 1 day(PH). 平均是7.5day + 1 day(PH). 但我只拿了4天,剩的4.5天不能carried forward,公司是否要补薪给我?

我们是第二和第四个星期六有上班,如有假期落在第一,三,五个星期六那有的补去星期一吗? 比如06/06/09(1st week of saturday), 我们是没上班的所以有的补在08/06/09(monday)吗?

我现在怀孕,公司要求我减薪不然就裁退我than跟labour law赔偿给我也就是十天薪水而已,那我该如何?因为我的薪水超过RM 1,500.00是没 under labour law 的。勞工局是不睬我们的。

Has your service been terminated? If yes, what you can do is to make a complaint at the Industrial Relations Department (not the Labour Department) and all your problems can be discussed there.

Under the Employment Act, you have to complete 12 months service before you are qualified for annual leave;

There will not be replacement on Monday if holiday fall on Saturday

You can only complain to IR Department after you have been terminated. Now you have to wait and see what is going to happen.
