My husband was working with this company almost 2 years,when he was late,they deduced his salary,but not follow the hours,but depends on the boss how much he wanna deduce.and today before he go to work,the manager suddenly called up and told him not go to work anymore because the boss fired him because he was late yesterday.but without any 1 month notice,letter just through sms and phone call. and my husband he is comfirmed employee.what should i do now?

Oh,he got no annual leave,and he have to work when public holiday.he work at night,and his company also registered.

Tell your husband to make a complaint either at the Labour Department or the Industrial Relations Department.

WIll he get back 3 months salary? or how should we count? by days? and what will he get n how much if he make a complain through Labour Office? Thank you

I am not sure whether the employer was right or wrong in sacking your husband because your husband was late for work. Tell your husband to either approach the Labour Department or IR Department personally. The IR Department may be the proper place as your husband may want to claim for reinstatement, to get back his job.
