If we been appointed under "contract basic", did we still can entitled the benefits for Public Holiday Leave, MC Leave , EPF & SOCSO ?
All those matters will have to be properly negotiated and be put in writing in the contract. If your salary is over RM1500, you are not protected by the Employment Act. You will have to negotiate for your own rights.
