还在试用期的员工,在没有通知雇主的情况下连续多天没有来上班。
~ 雇主是否有权解雇他?
~ 他是在9月17日后就没来上班了, 公司是不是应该支付薪水给他 (9 月1日 至 9月17日)?
~ 公司是不是应该从他的省下的薪水扣除7天的离职通知(salary in lieu of notice)?如果是,那应该怎么计算呢?

1。 可以的
2。如果你們通知期是7天把該7天的薪水扣主作賠償。
3。 用(薪水/30)x 7. 其余的給他。

my staff was resign without any notice, we didn;'t issue any apoointment letter to him becoz still under probation..But we had inform him orally must notice 1 month if want to resign..now he say he will go to labour office make complaint if i didn;'t pay him salary which is 22 day wages..so can i didn't pay him becoz resign without notice?
